As you may know, the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina next door to our property, collaborated with Johns Hopkins Medicine, to introduce their Lead With Care program, providing ongoing, real-time guidance on the evolving COVID-19 situation.
As a homeowner at the Beach Villas, we work hard to stay abreast of the fast changing environment, and one of the ways we do this is to review what other leaders in hospitality are doing to enhance guest safety.
Subsequently, we have invested in Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization technology for the villas bookable on this website*. Each villa has two zoned AC systems and each AC unit has the air purification system installed in the air handling unit.
Our goal is to instill in our guests the confidence and assurance, that your health and safety is our number one priority.
This patented technology safely cleans the air and is 99.98% percent effective at eliminating COVID-19 on stagnant surfaces within 60 minutes. In our villas, my sister Nadia provides our guest check-in service, so this is as personal to our family as it is to yours.
